SMS Consent Form

SMS consent is optional and separate from agreeing to WrenchDay terms.

Customers may leave this box unchecked and still request service through the shop. Leaving it unchecked means they are not opting in to SMS messages through this form.

What messages are sent

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Repair-order updates, estimate approval links, service questions, and pickup notices.
  • Invoice links, payment reminders, receipts, and other service-related account notifications.

Opt-out and help

Customers can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Customers can reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Data sharing

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared except with vendors, messaging providers, or subcontractors that support message delivery.

Message flow

A customer visits the online booking page, enters their name and mobile phone number, and is presented with an optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Only customers who actively check the box are subscribed to receive service-related SMS messages. After the form is submitted, the customer receives an appointment confirmation message. Future messages are limited to appointment reminders, repair updates, estimate approvals, invoices, payment notifications, and other customer care communications.
