WrenchDay Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for preventing abuse, spam, security attacks, illegal activity, and misuse of customer communications.
1. General rule
Customers may use WrenchDay only for lawful auto repair, service, scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, payment, and related business operations.
2. Prohibited activity
Customers may not use WrenchDay to commit fraud, send spam, harass people, transmit malicious code, violate privacy rights, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent repair work, evade payment obligations, attack systems, scrape data, overload infrastructure, or interfere with another customer.
Customers may not attempt to bypass authentication, subscription enforcement, role separation, rate limits, payment checks, or tenant boundaries.
3. Communications rules
SMS and email features may not be used for unlawful telemarketing, unsolicited marketing, misleading messages, abusive messages, or messages without legally required consent.
Customers must honor opt-outs and must not use WrenchDay to send prohibited content, high-risk content, or content that violates Twilio, AWS SES, carrier, email provider, or anti-spam rules.
4. Security testing
Security testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, or penetration testing may not be performed against WrenchDay infrastructure without prior written permission.
Customers must promptly report suspected vulnerabilities and may not exploit, disclose, or access data beyond what is necessary to report the issue.
5. Enforcement
WrenchDay may throttle, suspend, disable communications, restrict API access, remove content, or terminate accounts when it reasonably believes this policy has been violated or when required by a provider, law, or security concern.
